The next mini–retreat being held at the Church of Ireland Theological Institute will focus on ‘Handling Conflict in the Parish’.
This event is open for lay prople engaged in all aspects of Parish ministry wishing to explore conflict management and resolution. Given that this mini–retreat will have a practical focus those in ordained leadership are also very welcome to attend.
