Abbey Presbyterian Church in Monkstown celebrated its 50th anniversary over the weekend with two days of celebrations. The commemorative events included a tree planting by the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, an exhibition and special services involving the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. A commemorative book ‘50 years – 50 stories of faith’ was also launched.
