Mr Philip McKinley has been Chaplain in the Church of Ireland tradition in Dublin City University (DCU) since 2015. He is part of a brand new multi–denominational chaplaincy team to serve DCU’s hugely diverse population of students. Philip is also involved with an organisation ‘Places of Sanctuary’ Ireland which accredits schools, towns, sports clubs, etc. who demonstrate collective and structural welcome for asylum seekers and refugees.
