Enquiries are invited from clergy in respect of the above mentioned Incumbency which is vacant.
This parish is located in a semi–rural setting near Doagh about 2 miles from Ballyclare and approximately
12 miles (or around 20 minutes) from Belfast.
Some 250 plus families belong to the Parish with a solid core of parishioners engaged in a variety of activities. Currently there are a number of new housing developments in the district with obvious potential for growth in parishioner numbers.
We are seeking to appoint a rector who will be able:
- to offer pastoral care to parishioners of all ages.
- to help us engage our children and young families in parish life.
- to build on and enhance our existing worship provision and style.
- to work with and complement the existing vision strategy for the parish.
- to work within the Connor Diocesan Strategy.
