Jim Rea is a regular broadcaster on Radio Ulster’s Thought for the Day and on Downtown Radio’s Just a Moment. He writes a regular Saturday religious column for the Belfast Newsletter. Now he has produced ‘Stories from the Parish of Killywalter’, a CD introducing his listeners to the good people of Killywalter, an imaginary Northern Irish town. The CD is to be launched at the Celebration of Creativity event in Edgehill Thelogical College, Belfast, on Wenesday 26 November and will be reviewed by the Rev Dr Lee Glenny in the December Methodist Newsletter.

A retired Methodist minister and former president of the Methodist Church in Ireland, Jim Rea is chairman of the Trustees of Commission Christian Radio and all profits from ‘Stories from the Parish of Killywalter’ will be donated to their ministry.
