Bishop Ken Good”s Presidential Address At The Derry And Raphoe Diocesan Synod 2014

In his Presidential Address at the Derry and Raphoe Diocesan Synod, today Bishop Ken Good said: “There is an enormous need for people whose hearts are motivated by loving compassion to step up and to step out in generous self–giving in the service of others. Christian churches are producing and equipping such people.”

He also welcomed the fact that the Executive has at last agreed to the establishment of a single Sectoral Support Body to oversee the administration of education.

WELCOME
This being a triennial election year, some members are experiencing, for their very first time, the joys of a Diocesan Synod. You are very welcome indeed.
