Statement by the Archbishop of Dublin on the announcement of the retirement of the Archbishop of Armagh

The Most Revd Dr Michael Jackson, Archbishop of Dublin, issued the following statement on Saturday (2nd November) on the announcement of the retirement of the Archbishop of Armagh

The Most Reverend Dr Richard Clarke Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland has today given notice of his forthcoming retirement from public ministry. Fittingly he has done so during the course of his Diocesan Synod.
