Coming in the September magazine – theologian and astrophysicist Dr David Wilkinson (pictured) talks to Peter Mercer about matters of science and faith. David agrees with Peter (also a scientist) that science can at times be frustrating and tedious, but says that every now and then he sees that underneath the complexity of the universe are a few simple, beautiful and elegant laws that just make him go, ‘Wow!’ In a wide-ranging interview, other subjects touched on include ‘What is the point of prayer?’ and ‘Why does God allow suffering?’
