Belfast Cathedral’s farewell to organist Ian Barber

Ian seated at the organ he has played in St Anne’s Cathedral for 35 years, his wife Jean as always by his side.

Organist Ian Barber’s contribution to the life of Belfast Cathedral over 35 years was recognised at a special Choral Evensong in St Anne’s on Wednesday evening.

Ian was at organ for the service, and many warm tributes were paid to him afterwards.
